Section 8 – Cemaes Bay to Amlwch (Approx. 8 miles)
We have now completed 7 sections, another 8 to go! Thanks to everyone who has joined us so far – I think everyone would agree that these walks have been a huge success on many levels. A big thanks to everyone who is playing their part. If you’ve not joined one of the walks yet, now is a great time to get involved with this stunning walk coming up.
We will all need to drive to Amlwch Port to leave some cars at the end of the walk, so please all plan to meet in the port car park at 9am and ’buddy-up’. There is a lovely café just above the car park which will be open for bacon and coffee—Caffi Quays. Then drive to the start at Cemaes Bay.
The walk will start from the Cemaes Bay port car park at approx. 10– 10.15. Please note that this is the car park with the pizza hut on the left as you drive in. (Awkward turn in from the road).
This walk is approx 8 miles so should take 4—4.5 hours.
